No — we coordinate weddings, private concerts, brand activations, non-profit galas, corporate offsites, product launches, and private parties.
When should we book coordination?
6–9 months out is ideal so we can lock in preferred dates. Rush bookings under 60 days are sometimes possible — ask.
Will you handle setup and tear-down?
Coordination oversight yes; physical labor is scoped separately depending on complexity.
What if something breaks on the day?
That's exactly why we're there. You'll rarely even hear about it.
